Message from a patient:

I lost my bottom right most back tooth long time ago, but I did not have it restored in a timely manner. Gradually the top back tooth came down a lot, it almost touches the bottom gum when I eat. When I decided to have an implant done to replace the missing tooth, Dr. Hu told me it would not be that simple. The top tooth would need a root canal first and then should be filed back to make room for the bottom one. So I had a root canal and a crown done for the top tooth and then an implant placed for the bottom by Dr. Hu eight months ago. It may sound scary, but trust me, I did not feel too much discomfort at all. The implant crown was glued on more than 2 months ago and now I feel my missing tooth is reborn. I am happy with my wise decision and hope my good experience can benefit other people who have a similar situation.           --X.J.Hu
